You pay a flat ₹999/month membership. You earn a brokerage of up to 5% on deals that close - and Schemes24 pays that brokerage to you. We are the middleman: you register your buyer, we place them with a verified builder, run the follow-ups and paperwork, and settle your brokerage when the deal closes.
Do I deal with the builder directly?⌄
No. Send us your buyer and Schemes24 handles the builder relationship, the follow-ups and the paperwork. When the deal closes we pay you your brokerage - up to 5% - directly. You focus on finding and qualifying buyers.
How much does it cost?⌄
One flat plan: ₹999 per month (GST extra). That's it - no tiers, no per-lead fees. Buyers pay 0%. Your brokerage of up to 5% is paid to you by Schemes24 on top of your membership.
